Some of the Company’s current clients having experienced several placement breakdowns before Aldanat Care provided their service, and have settled and developed in the environments we provide.

Our staff are carefully selected and put through robust training. We believe staff development is important and invest heavily in updating their skills. Our development includes our Bespoke 5 day induction, Bild accredited and new market leading training from The Tizzard Centre at Canterbury University.

Aldanat Care and Care Services:
Provides Care and Support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, either in supportive living accommodation provided by us or in there own homes.
We work closely with both private Landlords and Housing Associations to match properties to individual need. All Services are person centred with individualised support packages. We provide support in Clacton, Kirby, Walton, Harwich, Ongar, Harlow, Witham, Chelmsford, Basildon & Colchester. Supported Living doesn’t mean minimal support, the majority of these services we provide are 24 hour. Every person is assessed on an individual need basis and the care package tailors around this. Supportive Living is a great option for even the most complex of people.
