“After my wife died I was all alone with no family living nearby. When I received my diagnosis Age Well East helped me and gave me the support I needed”.
Are you facing end of life?
We know that it is not easy to talk about end of life, but it’s really important that we do. Having the right person there to take time to just sit with you, listen and offer support is so important.
We believe nobody should die alone. Everyone deserves to have someone by their side through to the end.
At this time, we know you might want some support, without judgement, to process what is happening- in your own time and at your own pace. We believe that people should feel listened to and respected. We know you may have questions; want more information and you need someone to speak openly and honestly with about what you want.
You may have family and friends around to help you work through these things or you may be on your own and we want you to know we are here to support you.
