St Albans House is a residential service for adults aged 18+ with moderate learning difficulties, mental health needs, complex needs including behaviours that may challenge, restricted mobility and/or epilepsy. The service uses a person-centred planning approach tailored to individual needs and focused on outcomes.

Individuals are encouraged to be as independent as possible, taking part in meaningful activities that enrich their lives and improve skills. They are supported to be contributing members of the community and to identify and maintain leisure activities and education and/or work placements. Staff are available 24 hours a day including night staff when required.

St Albans is a large property with 6 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bedroom and 2 shared bathrooms. There are communal areas for individuals to socialise with others including a kitchen, a dining area, and two lounge areas. The house has a large front and back garden where leisure activities and events can take place, especially during the summer months.

The service is located near the seafront where there is a variety of community facilities to access. Additionally, there are great transport links, with the railway station only a short distance away. The service has its own vehicle so any day trips people wish to go on are easily possible.
