Rooted in the Christian faith, life at Luff House supports our residents to live fulfilled lives in their later years. We provide excellent, personalised care which supports our residents to flourish in older age.

Luff House has an active social life in which residents can take part or follow their own pursuits. We appreciate that each resident has their own individual interests, hobbies and pastimes, and we endeavour to support our residents to maintain this important part of their lives. Our residents are encouraged to lead the lifestyle that they choose, doing as much or as little as they want - residents can simply choose to put their feet up with a daily paper (by arrangement) or a good book from the County Library which visits every month, or from the home’s own collection.

Situated in a peaceful residential setting, Luff House is just over a mile away from the beautiful, sandy Frinton sea front. There is a small shopping centre close to the home which boasts a supermarket, post office, café and several variety shops. There is a good bus service close to the home and Frinton train station is less than a mile away.

Luff House offers residential care, including specialist dementia care. We have 11 bungalows for sheltered housing, and eight apartments for retirement living. There are two secure gardens and a guest room is available.

Luff House is part of the Pilgrims’ Friend Society. At Pilgrims' Friend Society we help older people flourish as God intended and to lived fulfilled lives in older age. We believe that as well as providing secure, comfortable homes and professional care, older people should be supported and encouraged to spend the later part of their lives contributing to the world around them, growing and enjoying fulfilling lives.
