Little Paddocks is part of Maison Care Ltd, Little Paddocks are twin purpose-built bungalows , designed to meet the needs of the service users , whilst retaining a comfortable homely atmosphere.

We are currently extending Little Paddocks in developing an innovative ‘extra care’ service with a clear positive behaviour support pathway, working in close partnership with local authorities and housing associations.
Little Paddocks is based in the idyllic rural village in Essex, close to Clacton-on- sea. It has easy reach to local amenities , and to public transport. It is also close to Thorpe-le-Soken where there is a railway station providing direct links to London Liverpool Street station and Clacton-on-Sea.

Little Paddocks is a well- established service that provides excellent opportunities for social inclusion and community access; the home has a fun, lively atmosphere and the people living there are encouraged to engage in a full programme of person centred activities, including educational opportunities, with excellent links to local services. There is a long –standing and dedicated staff team who strive for innovation and continuous improvement in delivering the best outcomes for the service users.

The Manager Ben has a diverse knowledge and wealth of experience working in the care sector. Ben is proactive, passionate and enthusiastic and is driven to motivate staff positively in engaging service users to participate in a calendar which is full of meaningful activities, to enhance their quality of life.
