Little Millfields is a residential care home, based in Weeley Heath, a short drive out from Clacton’s town centre and beaches.

All five bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, making it suitable for a wide range of people, including those with some mobility issues.

There is one suite with a lounge area and en-suite bathroom facilities. The other four bedrooms share a lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. This home is set in its own spacious well-established garden.

Our team is comprised of people with varied backgrounds and experiences but all sharing one similar passion: Care.

Our mission is to support individuals in a person-centred way, empowering and guiding people to live their lives how they wish, promoting dignity, respect and independence. Staff are on site 24 hours a day including a night staff and a sleep in.

We pride ourselves on establishing meaningful positive relationships with those we support, providing them with familiarity, stability and a homely environment.

We believe the people who live at Little Millfields should lead fulfilled and meaningful lives; all individuals have a care plan and activity schedule that is tailored to them. You will play an active role in supporting all activities, be it swimming, dancing or holidaying in Center Parks!
