Lime Trees Care Group (LTCG) is a small organisation that has prided itself on delivering a high level of care for individuals. Between our three homes, we pride ourselves on offering a high standard of specialised care service for adults, young and old, with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, behaviours that may challenge and brain injury (ABI & TBI).

Our ethos is one that focuses on the person and their needs. The provision of care is designed with the person and their relatives to ensure that the persons stay, whether short term or long term, is developed and planned correctly to so as to ensure success in many areas. We utilise the REAL approach - the Rehabilitation for Everyday Adaptive Living to each of our homes. With effective support from our team, achievable goals are realised and a meaningful lifestyle maintained.

LTCG has ensured that the standards initially set out in the 2002 Care Standards Act and more recently the 2008 Care Standards, have always been met - initially comprising of 14 standards at a 'Commendable' level, then moving forwards to a level 3 'rating' over the following 8 years. We have given advice and guidance, upon request, to other organisations that have had difficulty meeting these high standards.

We have achieved Headway accreditation by meeting their high standards in the care we provide.
