Elm House is a community facility for people with complex neurological needs following a traumatic or acquired brain injury. The house is able to accommodate up to three people. The service may not provide nursing care. Elm House works closely with its sister service Elm Cottage which provides similar care. The service provides long-term rehabilitation and enables people who have an acquired brain injury to continue to maximise their potential for improvement. Elm House and Elm Cottage work alongside Elm Park, an independent hospital to provide a brain injury service. The provider is Partnerships in Care (Priory Group).
