Danbury
Danbury is a residential service for adults aged 18+ with learning difficulties including autism spectrum conditions. The service offers a person-centred planning approach tailored towards individual needs and focused on outcomes.
Individuals are supported to be as independent as possible, participating as active members of the community and taking part in meaningful activities. People are supported to identify and maintain leisure activities as well as any work placements/ education placements. Staff are available 24 hours a day including waking night staff when required.
Danbury is a 5 bedroom property with 4 bedrooms on the top floor and one downstairs. There are 3 shared bathrooms and one separate toilet facility. There are also multiple communal facilities for when individuals want to socialise with others, including conservatory, dining room, lounge and kitchen.
There is a large garden where social and leisure activities can take place, as well as a garage for parking.
The coastal location of the service is ideal, and near to all local community facilities such as shops, restaurants, beach and pier. There are excellent transport links to the surrounding areas, as the train station is only a short distance from the service.
