Our friendly community is split into five houses, each one offering different types of care to anyone over the age of 18. We offer nursing, residential and dementia care as well as having a dedicated unit for people living with Huntington’s. It can also offer a space for people to rest, relax and recover with short stays too.

Each house at Colonia Court offers modern comforts and conveniences in a pleasant environment. There are secure gardens and a variety of rooms for our residents to pursue activities.

The team at Colonia Court Care Home work incredibly hard to make the residents feel safe and cared for. The staff take pride in the work they do and care very much for all the residents. We are like a big family here!

Make the most of our cosy lounges and dining areas to socialise with family or enjoy games and activities with friends. Make the most of good weather inside our conservatory or gardens.

Outdoors, we have an attractive bird aviary where residents can watch the birds fly around.
