Aveley Lodge revolves around our five key principles of care. These principles are central to all that we do throughout every interaction between the staffing team, those residing here as well as those visiting our beautiful home. We here at Aveley Lodge feel that you can only have personal choice if it is an informed choice, only then can we ensure that individuals feel involved and empowered to live as independently as possible. By ensuring all those living within Aveley Lodge are offered informed choice, we can promote their independence and in turn deliver care which treats all with absolute dignity and respect.

We welcome all individuals to experience our stunning landscaped garden which hosts an abundance of wildlife and offers uninterrupted views across the Roman Valley and onto Donyland Woods. By having the garden professionally designed and built, we have been able to create a fabulous environment which can be accessed and enjoyed by all, from our summer house and carefully selected sensory plants to the glass fronted koi fish pond with water fall.

Lastly, Aveley Lodge Care Home has and always will operate, an “open house policy”, by which we mean all are welcome any day and at any time. We both invite and encourage people showing interest in our home, whether it to be immediately, or for future times, we just ask that you visit and experience the relaxed and caring nature of this delightful care home and its picturesque setting.
