Description
The Essex County Councils, Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing team is a short term early intervention team made up of social workers, support workers and an employment specialist.
They work with people who are experiencing low level mental health problems such as anxiety and depression which are causing a social care need. The service offers information and practical advice on accessing the most appropriate local services to enable you to become more independent.
They can work with you over a period of 3 to 6 months, or sooner, to enable you improve your mental health so you can achieve your goals.
