Unpaid Carers as Employment Status

Essex Carers Network Campaign is now live!

Now is the time to act to change perceptions of the Unpaid Carer, and value them as we did for NHS and paid carers during the pandemic.

We don’t want claps, we would like signatures on their petition, calling for ‘Unpaid Carer’ to be an option as an employment status on forms. They are asking everyone to sign their petition and share it with friends and family, you don’t need to be a family carer, just support them by signing and sharing.
