Local Celebrity Visit 17 May 2022 | National TV Campaign
Roman Kemp, an ambassador for the NLCF, came to visit and take part in our project activities, which was aired nationally on ITV on June 5th, 2022.
Roman met with 18 of our regular Veranda attendees, including 6 local children from Lexden Primary School. Great fun was had by all, joining together to learn how to Knit & natter, complete a Project Postcard, and create a Platinum Jubilee inspired floral scheme for our patio planters. Many lasting memories were created, not least by passers-by who crowder round to watch Roman in action.
