Sarah’s Services – Christmas Champions!

Today we would like to shine a spotlight on Sarah’s Services, an Age Well East Christmas Champion who provides personalised support to promote independence.

Do you or someone you know need an extra pair of hands? Sarah’s passionate about eradicating feelings of loneliness and isolation by offering support to people in their homes or in the community. Some of the services that Sarah can offer include:

• Preparing / cooking food in your home
• Laundry, ironing and cleaning
• Light garden maintenance
• Online shopping
• Dog walking
• Personal shopping in the community
• Transport to appointments and social gatherings
• Companionship (chat and a cuppa)
