Creffield Dementia Café

The Creffield Surgery holds a Dementia Cafe every last Friday of the month between 12pm-1pm for patients who suffer with Dementia and would like to attend for an afternoon at the surgery. Tea, coffee and biscuits are served and carers/family members are welcome!
