Drawing the Jubilee – May & June 2022 | Postcard Project

250 local community members were invited to document their Platinum Jubilee memories and experiences for our Jubilee Legacy for North East Essex archive.

We were thrilled to receive 87 completed postcards from a wide selection of local multigenerational beneficiaries, including Tumble Tots, Lexden Primary School, Chinese Church, Early Onset Dementia Group, Walking Group, Art Club & Games Club, plus Rosebank Park, Mistley Manor and Colne House care homes. We feel privileged to have collected so many community reflections in response to this momentous occasion.
