To help make journey planning and travelling around the county easier,  TravelEssex, a new, easy-to-use local journey-planning app has been launched, helping residents to navigate public transport and plan routes by foot, bike, bus, train and DigiGo.

Free to download, this app will help you plan your journey, with detailed journey times and departure times, as well as live updates, all in one place.

This app allows people in Essex to make more sustainable journeys as part of the council’s safer, greener, healthier approach to travel.
