The MSE charity visit Age Well East
Age Well East were delighted to be visited by Katie and Helen from The MSE charity.
Our team were able to discuss the huge impact of the funding granted by The MSE Charity in supporting members of our community across North East Essex.
Through this work our project ‘Transformational Welfare, Advice & Information for people aged 60+’ has been able to reach an additional 58 people with 63 cases of support which helped some of the most vulnerable people in our community to increase their annual incomes by over £40,000 through previously unclaimed welfare benefits and entitlements.
On the day, Katie and Helen were able to meet with clients who had accessed the service and discuss how this had changed their ability to deal with some of the biggest difficulties they had faced in recent times.
